Heymi（声笺）是由个人运营的语音转写、翻译和 AI 会议纪要工具，运营品牌为 Heymi，网站为 heymi.top。客服：popeyer@foxmail.com。本条款适用于本网站及连接同一云端的 Heymi App；开源代码适用其代码许可证。

Heymi is an individually operated cloud transcription, translation and AI meeting-notes service, trading under the Heymi brand at heymi.top. Contact the operator using the email above. These terms cover the website and connected Heymi app. Open-source code has its own license.

当前公测 / Current beta

正式充值与广告奖励尚未开放。管理员沙盒仅模拟支付，不扣真实款项、不产生真实时长。当前每人每月免费 60 分钟转写、10 次纪要和 60,000 个原文字符翻译，按 UTC 月重置，同时受全站公共容量限制。容量不足时服务可能暂停。拟定套餐尚不能购买，见额度与方案。

Live sales and ad rewards are unavailable. Admin sandbox tests do not charge money or grant usable credits. Current monthly beta allowances are 60 transcription minutes, 10 summaries and 60,000 source characters of translation per user, resetting by UTC month and subject to shared capacity. Service may pause when capacity is exhausted. Planned packages are not yet for sale.

账户与使用 / Accounts and permitted use

请保护登录账户，仅录制和处理你有权使用的内容，并告知参与者、取得所需同意。不得冒用身份、侵犯隐私或知识产权、绕过额度与验证、操纵广告与付款或破坏服务。异常请求可能受限；如认为限制有误，请联系客服核查。

Protect your account. Process only content you are entitled to use and obtain required recording consent. Do not infringe rights, impersonate others, bypass usage or security controls, manipulate ads or payments, or disrupt the service. Suspected abuse may be restricted; contact support for a review.

内容、云端与 AI / Content, cloud processing and AI

你主动选择并同意相应处理后，音频片段或文字才会发送至披露的模型供应商。原始录音保留在设备或浏览器中，请及时导出，清理数据或换设备可能导致丢失。AI 可能误听、误译或遗漏信息，重要数字、否定、责任人和日期应对照原文核实，不应将结果作为医疗、法律或财务决定的唯一依据。你保留自己内容的权利，授权我们为提供所选功能处理内容，详见隐私政策。

Cloud processing requires your affirmative choice and relevant consent. Original audio stays on your device or in your browser; export it before clearing data or changing devices. AI can make errors or omit information. Verify important facts against the source, and do not rely on output alone for medical, legal or financial decisions. You retain your rights to your content and permit its processing to provide your selected functions, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

未来购买规则 / Future purchases

开售前会公布实际价格、税费、包含的各类额度及可售地区，在付款前展示。拟定时长包为一次性购买、不自动续订，已购余额不按月清零、不可转让或兑换现金。免费、广告和已购额度分别记账。通过 Paddle 购买时，付款交易适用结账页所列买家条款，Heymi 提供产品支持。未来 Apple/Google 商店内购遵循相应商店规则。

Actual prices, taxes, included limits and availability will be disclosed before live checkout. Planned packages are one-time purchases without automatic renewal; purchased balances do not reset monthly and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Free, ad and paid allowances are tracked separately. Paddle transactions follow its buyer terms; Heymi provides product support. Future app-store purchases follow the applicable store’s rules.

用量、退款与变化 / Usage, refunds and changes

模型处理前会预留额度；供应商失败或结果不理想也可能计入用量，请勿重复提交不明状态的任务，可提供任务编号申请核查。退款按退款政策处理；退款部分对应未用额度会撤回，不重复兑付。重大收费或额度变化将事先公告，不追溯清除承诺的当期免费额度或已购余额。付费服务无法继续提供时，将通知受影响用户，依适用法律及支付平台规则处理未履约部分。

Usage is reserved before processing. Provider failures or unsatisfactory results may still consume allowance; contact support with the task ID for review. Refunds follow the Refund Policy; corresponding refunded unused entitlements are removed without double fulfillment. Material pricing or allowance changes will be announced in advance and will not retroactively erase promised current-period allowances or purchased balances. If paid service cannot continue, affected users will be notified and unfulfilled purchases handled under applicable law and payment rules.

本条款不排除适用法律规定不得排除的消费者权利、退款权利或运营者责任。更新影响已有付费订单时，将遵守适用法律和购买时承诺。问题请通过客服入口联系。

Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights, refund rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes affecting existing paid orders remain subject to applicable law and the promises made at purchase. Contact Support for questions.
