正式充值尚未开放。沙盒支付仅测试，不收真实资金、不发真实时长，没有可退的真实款项。下列说明用于未来正式订单，具体以结账页披露和适用法律为准。

Live sales are not open. Sandbox payments are simulations without real charges or usable credits, so no money can be refunded. The following explains future live orders, subject to checkout disclosures and applicable law.

如何申请 / Request help or a refund

未到账、重复或未经授权扣款、无法使用服务等问题，请联系 popeyer@foxmail.com，提供订单号、购买日期、收据邮箱和问题说明。不要发送完整银行卡号、密码或验证码。

For missing credits, duplicate or unauthorized charges, unavailable service or another refund request, email the address above with the order ID, purchase date, receipt email and reason. Do not send full card details, passwords or verification codes.

Paddle 订单也可直接通过 Paddle 买家支持 / Buyer support申请，交易适用其退款政策及买家条款。Heymi 协助核对使用与履约，但不能替代 Paddle 的交易处理或保证银行到账日期。

Paddle orders can also be reviewed through paddle.net under Paddle’s Refund Policy and Buyer Terms. Heymi can verify delivery and usage but cannot replace Paddle’s handling of the transaction or guarantee bank processing dates.

审核与余额 / Review and balances

申请结合适用消费者法律、平台规则、购买承诺、故障与实际使用处理。部分地区有法定撤回期，期限和数字服务例外因地区而异；使用本服务不表示自动放弃法定权利，不以“数字商品一律不退”排除这些权利。

Requests are considered under applicable consumer law, platform rules, purchase promises, faults and actual usage. Statutory withdrawal periods and digital-service exceptions vary by region. Using Heymi does not automatically waive your statutory rights; there is no blanket exclusion for digital purchases.

退款获批后，相应未消费付费额度会撤回；已核实的重复扣款会协助纠正，不重复发放退款与同笔服务额度。已消费部分是否影响退款，依适用法律和平台政策处理，不在本页一概拒绝。款项通过支付平台退款流程退回，时间以平台和银行为准，可回复原客服邮件跟进。

Approved refunds remove corresponding unused paid entitlements. Verified duplicate charges are corrected without double fulfillment. The effect of consumed service depends on applicable law and platform policy. Refund timing depends on the provider and your bank. Reply to your original support email to follow up.

商店订单与免费额度 / App stores and free allowances

未来 Apple App Store 或 Google Play 内购请通过相应商店渠道申请退款，Heymi 可协助排查服务问题。免费公测、试用与广告奖励无向 Heymi 支付的购买款，不能兑换现金；额度或处理错误仍可申请核查。

Future Apple App Store or Google Play purchases use the relevant store’s refund process. Free allowances, trials and ad rewards are not paid purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash; support can still investigate usage or processing errors.

本政策不限制强制性消费者权利。Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights.
